Wheel well water tank?
Does anyone make a water tank to fit over a wheel well?
This Possl video shows exactly what I'm talking about at 2m12s:

Closest thing I've found is this fuel tank, which I doubt is safe for drinking water:

Some RV manufacturers have their own in-house tank molding facilities to fit exactly their designs. I think Winnebago is one; would not surprise me to hear of others.
As to on the open market, try
