Whats your van called?

Alot of people have a name for your rig. Some are OK, some well" don't tell your wife/hubby. We call the van "LIL' BEAR" The van is LIL' (little ) and the BEAR is our family names Browns Evie And Ron

We call ours the "Dody-dome". That's how our daughter called it when she was 18 months old. We just kept on calling it that ever since. She's now 8.

Our's is called "ROAD RUNNER", you know, BEEP, BEEP! This is our third Pleasure-Way, and our first and second one had a tire on the rear door and on it was a vinyl cover with a picture of the road runner, and underneath it were the words, beep, beep. I can't tell you how many times people would go past us and beep. Harold would say, "Why are they beeping at us?" I'd say," ugh, there's a beep beep on the back."

We haven't come up with any cute name for our van, so I guess we still call it "The Van" too. It's enough that the "Pleasure-Way" gets a few laughs and innuendo snickers from our non-B friends.

We just got the new PW silver Excel...so it is named the "gray ghost".

It's the sixth incarnation of "The Little House on the Highway (tm)." Our RVing started with a Casita, hence the "little house."

You are in good company with that name. The late Zeno Klinker, a comedy writer for Edgar Bergan, called his pickup camper "The Highway Hilton."

We call ours "Our Resort" I also put name on it in back window with stickers. Ours is a PW excell 2009.

Ours a 1988 Dodge Explorer...picked up today...yes ...... was nicknamed "Campy" by the previous owners grandsons, and It stuck. So since we've been waiting for about a week to get it, my dds have been trying to come up with a name...and they had some good ones..that had to with our name and Explorer and learning style...but once they herd Campy...my youngest just decided to add our Initial to it to make it "B Campy" which is what we'll put on our plates...just love it!!!

We started out with Artimis. It comes from RT (Roadtrek), pronounced Artie. Of course Artie is short for Artimis.

This only lasted about a week. Then we named it The Cabin..

Sometimes it is The Cabin in the Woods, or The Cabin at the Beach, .....Mountains, .....Lake, .... etc.

We just call ours "The Plezure Way", pronounced as spelled, as in 'If the van's a rockin' don't come knockin'. It's a 1995 Pleasureway MPL.
