Question What's in box under driver's seat? 95D190P

Owned this '95 Roadtrek about 5 years and just discovered the little storage tray under the passenger seat. Also discovered a black box with electrical cables under the driver's seat. Does anyone know what that box is. I have checked the wiring diagram in the Haynes Repair Manual for Dodge and Plymouth vans (1971 - 2003) but it shed no light on it. I don't have any electrical problems but I am curious. Maybe some day I will need to know what it is.

The box under the seat might be a fuse box. That is what is underneath my 05 drivers seat.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not it. It is totally enclosed. about 5 in H x 6 in W x 9 in deep. It has a cable of 8 small gauge wires and an in-line connector. it must he bolted down thru the floor. No apparent way to access it from inside the van. I would take some pictures but can't get camera vantage point.

Does it have an arrow pointing forward on top? In my '97 B3500 based RV it's for the air bag.

Well I can't see the top, but I was looking at some items on E-bay and one looked similar on the front end was listed as "Central Timer Controller" (or something like that). Not sure what that does, but if anyone asks me where it is I will point to the seat! I guess it could be for the air bags. Thanks for the info.
