Default What do you think of the concept of this?

I haven't seen one of these type vans in the states. Usually we see something like the Trend/Via - more of a C than a B.

The slab sides and the wide rear door could open a lot of possibilities for a van like this. Bigger than a B, but not a C. If anything would be a B+, I think it would be this.

I like it very much.

I like it a lot, except for the bed setup. More & more these European makers impress me with their ideas

Check out the last video. The newer models have a motorized drop down bed. Conceivably, I think 2 queen sized beds possible.

Think these are a bit shorter than the 159" wheelbase van we have here in the US. Looks like it's a foot or so shorter aft of the rear wheels. So there is room to make it a bit longer. Think in Europe they want to keep it under 6 meters.

Very nice design and layout. Not much available in NA which would compete with this functionality in a 6 m overall length. I would love to see a Promaster configuration, I would buy one in an instant. Bravo!

Yes, like that last one much better. That's what we would like to have in a bed setup. Would need to have access under those beds for storage etc. 22' would be perfect length

a few months ago we rented from Bunkcampers and circled the edges of Ireland.

I saw a few campers similar to the one shown visiting neighbors at campgrounds, and ours was fairly similar to the first one- no jump seat, but we had an oven- which was great for fresh caught mackeral

big differences:
no genny
no coach AC
small tanks ( water/grey, no black)
usually a cassette type bog
LPG is usually sourced from an under cabinet tank which is swapped out at filling stations- rather than a permanent tank- on our model the tank and spare tank were under the bed- it was kinda rickety for packing away and setting up that we just left it set up

lightweight construction, cabinetry doesn't use solid woods.

usually the wheelbase and width will be less than typical offerings here- the width makes for sleeping sideways a chore for the taller than say 5'9...which is my wife's height- I am taller.

no underneath storage or compartments.
