1990 Dodge Leisure Van:Is there a rebuild kit for fresh water pumps or is is just as wise to get a new pump?

If the pump really is 20+ years old I think I'd get a new one instead of repairing the old one.

If it's a ShurFlo, try dealing directly with the manufacturer. Some folks have got brand new pumps
from them, even though any warranty period is long since expired.
