Default Water damage

Just after purchasing my 1985 Roadtrek this past month we had a hard Florida rain. The paneling was soaked through and clearly warped/ruined. I had the roof resealed and have begun tearing out the damaged panaling. I'm trying to replace the wood paneling with something that will not warp/rot so easily. Is there a paneling that is woodgrained in appearance but will not warp/rot?

I personally do not know of any woodgrain but there is a plastic/fiberglass one that has a pebble finish. Now keep in mind other damage can still be done if water is seeping in so the roof would have to be sealed first. Then once sealed it shouldn't cause any wood panel worping. I don't think I would take it through a car wash so have someone take a hose to it real heavy and be inside to see if any water comes in and where. You might have to wait for it to dry before sealing it.

You might try Home Depot or Lowes and ask someone in the lumber department.
I'm sure there are synthetics and composites made to look like wood, similar to laminate
flooring. Depends a lot on how picky you are about real versus synthetic materials in
appearance. In fact, maybe some sort of sheet flooring might work.
Anyway, I'd start with a hardware or home reno type store.
After all, it is a "home on wheels", isn't it?
