I checked my guide and it is showing here. It will be on CTV Two - Atlantic for me. I might watch it.

I find this program beyond a Reality Show; entry level folks showing up for a job as a new hire...............just happens to have a camera crew with them! It would be really neat if management did infiltrate the various ranks, see what is going on, correct it, in whatever manner deemed appropriate, and get back to business, but then we wouldn't have a tv program. The employees in the show can be inspiring. Often their jobs and personal circumstance are not good but they still put in a great effort and hope for a better future. They find the motivation to keep going daily with a good attitude. One young lady went home to a homeless shelter every night. It takes strength to keep going.
