Default Travato belly pan-should be there??

We sold a 2021 Winnie Travato 59K and the customer had a service done at a Dodge dealership that told him that shields under the coach were missing and that this would void his warranty? We have around 10 other Promaster chassis class B's on our lot and none of them have any more than the 1 shield on passenger side. I talked with Nick at Winnebago that ensured me that the chassis does not come with the 2 extra shields under the van!
Has anyone else experienced this?

Plain Promasters, not upfitted, come with one shield on the passenger side. We on the PM forum have been wondering why for seven years.

BTW, lots of good folks and good info on www.promasterforum.com
