My question would be how many fleets hire the dealer to service their van, at least once out of warranty?

Commercial accounts are much smaller in many cases than what one wouldthink. For example, the Amazon business model results in many small contractor/operators of 5-20 vans: too small to support their own mechanics and facilities. I see lots of Amazon and other commercial trucks at our local Sprinter dealer, which is why they've added dedicated heavy-duty bays technicians.
