I just wish we could import some of those European rigs sold in the UK and elsewhere. Hit YouTube for "UK motorhomes", and for what they are, they may not have the materials and indirect lighting of an Advanced RV or Airstream, but you can't beat drop-town beds, good aisle showers that do not need a curtain, fail-safe water heaters which drain themselves when the water inside gets into the 30s, diesel heaters, EFOY fuel cells, and pretty much everything but A/C and a generator.
