If you were planning on heading out to Ocracoke or Cape Hatterras, NC think twice... Apparently a construction company damaged the power feed line going out to the islands and now all non-residents are being evacuated from Ocracoke. I read this on Yahoo news this morning so who knows if it's fake news or not. Might be worth checking out before heading out though. I hope they get it fixed though before my trek out there in Oct though...
