Default spring frost and rv winterizing

This has been a cooler than usual spring upstate NY. I prefer to wait until the danger of even a light frost is past before de-winterizing the rv plumbing. But, has anyone here experienced damage due to a relatively light frost after de-winterizing in the spring?

It normally wouldn't hurt from what we have seen down to maybe 25* for most of our vans, especially if the ground is not frozen where you park. Highest risk are underbody hoses out in the open. If you can wait, of course that is the foolproof way.
