Now I'm trying to find a sofa or rear seat for the van. The seat should fold out to a bed. The catch is: it needs to be long enough to hold my 6'3" body and would like it to be only about 48" wide (as I plan to have storage cabinets along the side). Haven't been able to find any commercial products to fit the bill and hope I'm just looking in the wrong places. Don't need to spend a fortune as simple works. Hoping the Class B'ers out there have some thoughts.

If you can't find what you want maybe consider building a gaucho bed.

There are plans on that site for front and side sofa/beds for Airstream trailers. You'd probably have to modify the plans a bit.
