In looking through all the material that came with my Rv I found some paperwork on smartrv. Problem is I cannot find it on the web. Anyone out there know anything about this?

One reference was this Good Sam Club forum - 2013 - sounds like it no longer exists. I think it was run by a company called RV/ID, which provided gps tracking for commercial fleets

Then there is this routing/gps android app from Tele Type Co. called Smart RV Route GPS. They have similar app on iTunes called Smart Truck Route
