Default Small round table for Pleasure-Way

The P-W Excel TS has a small round table, perhaps 15" in diameter, to use in the front with the swiveled front seats. Does anyone know where I can get one to use in the back of a P-W Plateau?

I know for Roadtrek parts you have to go to a Roadtrek dealer so it might be the same for Pleasure-Way.

The Pleasure-Way Plateau comes with a table. If you have a Pleasure-Way Plateau TS there should be a recessed floor receptor for an aluminum pole. The table is stored in the closet. If you don't have one a Pleasure-way dealer should be able to get one for you or a suitable replacement since the posts and receptor for the table top are generic items most all RV dealers stock or know how to order.

Just a thought. If you want just a small table you can buy the pole and receptors at almost any RV dealer or online like this (Google search): http://store.jandsrvparts.com/table-legs-and-bases.html

Then you could buy one 14.5" x 19" rectangular finished wood TV tray at Target or Walmart and remove the folding legs and install the table receptor for the post. That would probably be a much less expensive solution.

oooo...a small round table for the PW Plateau, that sounds like a great idea!

I have 2011 and I have the rectangle table like you describe, I've only used it once (I have only had the coach for a month so..) but I can't see myself using it much - especially since you have to climb over it in order to sit on the couch when the table is out and it's not very stable. I find myself using the flip out counter top as a table, even though it's a bit high. A round table might be better - less table surface space but easier to move around.

I think I'm going to get a small lap desk to use a table in the event that I'm "stuck inside", otherwise I'll prob just use the picnic table in the campground!

I have no thoughts on how to obtain a round table, but when you find out post here, I might want one!
I like Davyyd's DIY idea as well...

Google "lapdesk" and you'll find several possibilities that would be ideal for use and probably better than a 15" round table. The lapdesks have slanted padding for comfort, a handle, and measure about 16" x 22". Plenty big enough for a laptop computer or meal.

When I originally posted, we had not bought our P-W. We had wanted an easy-to-get-around table for drinks while sitting on the sofa watching TV. But now that we have the P-W, we see we can get around the rectangular table fairly well by sitting on the ottoman and sliding around. The table is not stable enough to cut tough steaks on, but we find we're using it a lot when we stop for sandwiches, e.g. We don't do serious cooking on the road anyway. Different strokes, as they say.
