Are you looking for one to buy, or just someone that owns one? I do know someone on another list that has one. Check out the forums on RV.net Under the Class B forum, there is a gentleman that owns a Tiger that posts regularly.

I believe what you are looking for is the Tiger Provan out of Columbia, SC. It is technically not a B but is B size and you can get from your cab to the living space without going outside. It is a pickup truck converted to a camper but it is not a pickup truck camper shell that drops into the bed. It has characteristics of a B and C class motorhome. This is the web site.
