I have a SG II that needed to be updated. I went to the site, filled in the junk and paid $25.00. On Monday afternoon it went out from VA to AZ for service. I received notice from USPS that it was delivered at 10:50 a.m. -- Scan Gauge had it updated and back in the mail the same day! I received it on Friday morning. I really like their product and their service, that is a wow! Ron

I also had excellent service from LLC.
Bought a new SGII on Amazon, but it needed the 'Rialta' fix.
Went online and filled out the form. Got an email back the next day saying they were shipping out a new circuit board to me with replacement instructions.
Got the new board in about 1.5 weeks ( we live in Canada )
Board replaced and SGII works great!

Excellent customer service!
