That would be nice for shifting the trailer around in a tight spot to take advantageof views etc.

I really like that! Hooking up by moving the trailer instead of the two person semi-blind backing of the vehicle to the trailer which can be tough in some of the tight spots.

The drive appears to be the same type as they use on a lot of the tow behind aerial lifts, like the tree trimmers and streetlight guys use, with a friction drive on the tires. They have been around a long time and very reliable.

Looks like they are actually steering the tongue wheel rather than trying to turn with variable speed on the wheels, so they will get very good control.

I could see a big market for a retrofit kit for other trailers.
