Default Roadtrek seat removal

Hi all, we have a 1997 Roadtrek Popular (love it). The driver's seat is pretty worn out but the passenger seat is still in good shape (I often use it for my daily driver). I'd like to swap the seats. Does anyone know how to remove the seats? I see the big nut on the swivel post centered underneath the seat. Is it that simple?
Thanks for any help.

First you have to remove the carter pin that runs thru the nut and then it comes off

The seats are identical, why will the armrests be wrong?

hhhmmm.....we have a 200 Versatile....technically an "A" I think....and (I just went out & looked) we've arm rests only on the INSIDE of each seat.....the seats are adjustable forward & back, the back rest can tilt rearward & they swivel 360 (kinda)......I've rebuilt the drivers' (mine) seat a couple of times, latest revision added thrust & rotational ball bearings....adjusted to my liking with the nut reached underneath the seat riser......so, we're not really apples to apples here...my bad

Yeah, we have armrests on both sides of the seats. Want to thank everyone for helping out. One more question before I do this job, after I get the nut off, do I have to rotate the seat to a specific position before I can lift it off?

Finally got around to this seat swap. It went smooth. Removed the 3/4 in. nut and lifted the seat off. Two big washers fell out. Reinstalling after the swap was also easy. Hardest part was getting hands into tight space to position washers and nut. Had to get the wife to help out with her smaller hands and arms. Together we got her done.
Thanks again everyone for your help.
