Couldn't agree more with all you've said.
Jit parts supply and construction of custom orders would probably be the way to go, to improve
market share and profitability.
btw, I like your example of a 190 equipped for all types of travel/camping. might add a 3rd deep cycle
battery and some sort of solar option, if they were to make one available.
