There is a report on
facebook that the new owner, Rapido, is going to recognize warranties on vehicles "manufactured" before the receivership. This is different than earlier reports using "sold" before the warranty date as the criteria. This may be simply a different interpretation of the same vague description.
Its also not clear whether the Hymer/Carado/Sunlight's are included, although that appears unlikely. In any case, those warranties are still liabilities in the receivership. If you have warranty claims for those vehicles it might make sense to submit those to the
receiver. You might get pennies on the dollar or no money at all. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.
