Can someone tell me what the on off switch next to the water heater igniter is for? Thank You

It may be for the outside light next to the left hand side door.

It is one or the 'tother. I bet it is the inverter.

It also took me a while to figure this one out. In ours it was the outside light that was burnt so that's why it took a while for us to figure it out.
