Default Roadtrek bids should be in and reviewed

According to the last document on the receiver website that we saw and is still there, the bids (letters of intent) were all to be received with 5% earnest money and proof of financing by 4/3 and would be reviewed by the end of 4/8/2019.

From the schedule they gave, they should be now presenting the bids that are viable to Corner Flag, eg the Hymer family. After that is done, it appears the submit the results to the courts. There was no specific timetable on the this part of the process, so it is likely nobody will hear much until the court filing, as the rest will be private I would think. Perhaps one of the media outlets that reported earlier will get a bit information the rest of us can't.

Getting near crunch time, it appears. I would think the family would be in a hurry to get the whole thing finished, as it is probably costing considerable amounts of cash every day it drags on.

Good to see the purchase by a family-owned group with deep experience in the RV business. Let's hope they do better than Hymer (also a family-owned group with deep experience in the RV business).

The purchase of the Roadtrek business is good news. I am hopeful they will decide to back the warranties of existing owners.
