Default Roadtrek AC replacement. From inside?

I’m guessing the ac has to be replaced from the inside due to these exhaust vents being too thin obviously to go thru?

Newer RT look like they are one piece but this one is a 99.

According to the following document (dated 2000), it comes out of the front but it says you need to remove the top grill in order to push it out. I vaguely recall watching a video on youtube that showed a removal without removing the grill.

Thank you much. I was planning on doing it solely from inside. Seems way easier. The only hard part might be all the silicone adhering to the unit all around it.

There’s just some things on the way to get it out. That metal lip. And cabinet doors. But that can be dealt with.
