Rhino Flex Hose Ends - Easy to Break Free

The first time it happened I thought it was just my superhuman strength . So I just tossed it & used my spare.

But this past Tuesday, it happened again

I did not have time on Tuesday (headed to catch a Flight) so just put hose & pieces away after wash down & headed off.
But I did not realize (oops - darn rookie) that the twist ring that sits below the End fittings allows the user to adjust hose length & Tighten down on the hose to keep everything in place. Sooooooooo, when I get back to the van, I'll attempt to "fix" the hose end and reattach the fitting.

I have had good luck with the Valterra Dominator line of sewage hoses. They have stood the test of time through the years, and I've had no issues. I have extensions as well, and I use a 90 degree fitting to ensure a tight seal with the hookups. I've not used the Rhinoflex hoses, but the Valterra product has been pretty good.

Thanks for response & sharing alternative Product.
Have still not returned to see if I can "salvage" mine.....probable can but will certainly take a look at Valterra (their holding tank system in on the coach) as a replacement or spare.
