Default Pleasure Way Rear Compartment Question

PW owners who have the lithium batteries in the rear compartment...

Is there room enough to organize water hoses, water filter, shore power
cord, surge protection, levelers, etc. in that rear compartment too?

If not, how are you managing these things?

Thanks for any ideas.

Connie

I store all that and more in my 2017 Lexor, between the batteries and the rear doors. Groups of related items are stored in small duffel bags. Each bag is tagged with the category of the stuff it contains (electrical stuff in one, tools in another, city water items in yet another, and so on). That way I don't have to unzip a bag to find out what's in it. I chose bags rather than hard-sided containers because each bag scrunches up nicely, saving room for its fellows.

It's a little bit of a challenge and takes some forethought, but you can put a surprising amount of stuff back there

Thank you so much for your response! We were hopeful this was the case, but having never RV'd, we weren't sure how much space the coach necessities would take. At a dealer, we took a week's worth of hubby's clothes and placed them in one Lexor cabinet to see how we could manage. We discovered that much didn't even fill one cabinet! Plenty of cabinets left for my clothes LOL!
