Photo Gallery Updated

I updated the Photo Gallery http://www.classbforum.com/coppermine software. It all looks to be working well. If anyone gets a chance to try it please do so and let me know that it works for you.

There is a slide show feature: Example Slide Show

Forum member can create their own galleries or use existing albums.

The Photo Gallery is separate from the Forum. Photo Gallery photos won't automatically show on the Forum and Forum photos won't show in the Photo Gallery.

However, you can display a photo from the Photo Gallery on the Forum fairly easily.

Here's one of a few "How to post a photo" on the Forum links http://www.classbforum.com/phpBB2/vi...php?f=9&t=2537 - it is two pages and gives you three or four options. I re-size the photos I upload to 800x600 size - the forum will take larger photos like 1024x768 but they will fill the screen on some users computers / laptops. The forum doesn't automatically re-size photos. The Photo Gallery does re-size photos; thumbnail, medium and large sizes.

You have to be a Forum member to use the Photo Gallery. A link to the Photo Gallery is in the upper right corner of the Forum below the Search box.
