If Pleasureway is still using the standard post base you can buy one at Camping World and mount it on a sheet of plywood to form a stable pedestal. I would think maybe a 12" diameter 3/4" plywood might do.

Good idea, plywood would work.
I found a folding tripod table base that I use inside the van: http://www.classbforum.com/phpBB2/vi...&t=2327#p12702 with the idea that I could use the table outside. (I've since made the table top smaller and rounded the edges)

Some new vans have locking table leg bases. The table leg I use is the push in type.

Advanced RV supplies a tripod base but I didn't look at it. Could be this one you referenced? They don't put in floor inserts.

Thanks for the idea,s guys I,ll see about camping world,s base & continue looking for a tripod
Option. By the way,we live near the wooster ohio Rubbermaid outlet...excellent options for
Under bed storage containers. If in Amish country , a worthwhile stop.
Thanks again.

I bought a round, suitable tripod folding table at Walmart for 29$ which I use up front with the swivel passenger seat(drivers seat doesnt swivel on my older PW Plateau ts). I also take it outside to use when cooking or use as a table for various things like drinks. The later models like Davydd's have a place to plug in your table leg and use the table up front. But to have a leg and base and taking it outside would be good too, if i am reading the gist here. My solution works too.
