What is a good source for a replacement fuel pump for an Onan 2800 microlite generatot

I guess my original question bounced, so if it posts twice, sorry. Looking at the ONAN repair manual it looks as if you must drop the unit and remove the end shroud...or did you find a crafty way to get around that? Could you post a description of what you did?
