Norcold DC558 Fridge issues

Can someone tell me if 5 min on and off is a normal cycle is for this 2021 fridge once the food is cool and the interior camper temp is 20 or so? Roadtrek suggests I may need to replace the thermostat. (I cannot find any support info to help diagnose or identify the thermostat on Thetford/Norcold site and they are not answering. Pretty lame service.)

A more important question would be... is it maintaining a proper temperature? I never paid any attention to the timing of the cycle on mine. Of course it does cycle and that bothers some people. I kept a reader on it and only watched that both fridge and freezer sections maintained proper storage temp.

Finding parts is a problem as they no longer make this model. Not surprised at the lack of support from Norcold. This is the model where 90+% left their factory with the thermostat wired improperly. The fridge didn't cycle at all... it just froze everything in both sections. Any easy fix, but even though dealers kept notifying them, they never did bother to properly instruct their factory workers.

My advice is check the temps and if they are good, try to ignore the cycle.
