New Great West Van Model

Has anyone seen the new Legend SE model. It has the Espar system, an upgraded interior and the 6 cu ft refer. At least that is what Great West has told me. I was curious about the price and whether it comes with the solar panel etc.

I was at the Great West Van factory last week. They are now part of Sterling Enterprises, a company that makes custom fiber glass moldings for buses and RVs I believe. The GWVan part now occupies part of the factory floor and they are now converting only Sprinters. The Legend is undergoing re-design but in fact most Legends of late have been semi-custom to customer wants and requests. So you have to talk to them if you want one. They only have two active dealers in Lake Region RV's in Minnesota and RVWorld of Nokomis in Florida. They won't be making that many in a year's time so I doubt you'll just go buy one off a showroom floor. Interestingly, the Canadian company has no Canadian network with which to sell them to Canadian spec right now.

Needless to say I am enjoying mine and we are a day away from getting on the Alaskan Highway. They met all my stipulated wants and needs last year and I have given them some suggestions for improvement now that I have 26,000 miles on ours with new desires from experience. They have already made some of those improvements.
