Welcome to the forum!

Are you replacing because someone removed the seats, cushions are worn out, upholstery is ugly/torn, you need to add lumbar support, or are you trying to add features like swivel seats?

This information will help those responding.

I've personnally never ordered seat foam, but others on this forum have, so some may chime in. I know "The Seat Shop" on Amazon sells them for my Chevy so I assume they will for your Dodge van.

I tried searching but they kept coming up with suggestion for my "saved vehicle" (Chevy Express). Since I'd have to enter your van as a new vehicle which could disrupt my future searches, I'll leave the search to you.

I have the same vehicle and the seats are very uncomfortable for long trips. My ass gets numb after about 1 hour. I do not think it is the foam but more the shape of the seat in ours as the material seems tight.

We purchased portable seat cushions from “Relax The Back” store. They made all the difference. Downside is the price: $148

I used the "seat shop" for my 2006 PW on a 2005 Chev ( often the chassis is 1 year earlier than the rv) thru amazon

very happy
