Default Need Cabinet Door Strut

The upper cabinets in my 2006 Roadtrek 210 use spring hinges to keep the doors open when unlatched. These hinges do not hold the door up all the way up, so the door hangs down somewhat. I would like the doors to open up all the way. It looks like a gas strut would do the job.

Any recommendations?

I will be interested in seeing what you come up with on this. We have similar issues, plus the wide and narrow door at the top of the kitchen is very hard to open with 3 very stiff hinge springs.
