I'm not sure, but we visited the Roadtrek factory in August, and they can't even find a good supplier. The one they used to have was CR Lawrence Automotive products. We have those windows on our Roadtrek, and they are wonderful. I found out that Lawrence went out of business during the bad econimic times. We were at the Fergus Canada rally last month that Roadtrek had, and one couple was complaining about how bad their windows were, and when comparing theirs to ours we noted that while they looked similar to ours, when opened so you could see the hardware they were very cheap. I asked Roadtrek while visiting the factory about this issue, because I wanted to know if Lawrence had cheapened their windows, or RT had started buying from a cheaper supplier. They informed me that with Lawrence out of business that they had to find another supplier. All I can say is that the supplier they now have is terrible. RT contends that they can not at this time find a better supplier. All I know is that when we compared the hardware that sissors the windows out, on the new ones vs. my 2006 windows, there was no comparrison. The new ones are absolute junk, and if I were Roadtrek I would not want them on my product. That being said, I guess if RT is telling me the truth, then they have to have a supplier to keep RT in business, and it sounds like they are just getting the best they can for now. So, it makes me wonder if there is a shortage of good window suppliers out there, or RT just can't find one that meets their criteria. Good luck on your search.
