More room in doorway

Has anyone moved the passenger shoulder harness foward out of the way of the door. Its in a bad spot on alot of class B vans.

Can you provide an example of one where it is in the way (I am just not familiar with this issue). I would think relocation is a huge life-safety liability issue.

you are referring to the side access/second row door? would tipping the back of the front passenger seat forward solve the problem when accessing the van via the side door?
