Basically, you put the pump somewhere after your waste tank valves.

That's a photo of a FLOJET Portable RV Waste Pump - retails for a little over $200.
Originally I made my pump "portable".
I got the idea from Sandy Wolff on the Roadtrek Yahoo Group.
I prefer permanent to portable.
