Default Luxury item(s) in a Class-B

It goes without saying space and CCC in a Class-B are at a premium. I'm curious what indulgence you allow yourself. What do you carry that is extra? A rate/specialty food item? A single function kitchen appliance? High quality sheets? Large camp chairs? Tech gadgets? What grants you peace and are considered essential for you but likely a luxury by others?

We travel very simply, except for one thing that no one else carries, I think. On longer trips we bring along a food processor so we can make our own nut butter, as it doesn't store well and uses up frig space. We tend to both eat the almond, walnut, pecan mix every day, so we can't carry enough premade before leaving.

For both of us - Starbucks coffee (Verona) made with a paper cone drip (GSI Outdoors) into an insulated carafe. With only fresh whole milk (my wife).

Every morning.
