Has anyone ever had a valve stuck that did lubricate with mineral oil or a commercial product?

I don't recall anyone having a problem that lubricated with mineral oil or a commercial product.

This "drill the hole" technique looks like an excellent plan. Makes a lot more sense than mineral-oil in the tanks.

Ok then, olive oil or commercial product sold for lubricating gray and black water tanks?

Default Thank you for everyone's reply !

Thank you for everyone's reply ! I am already trying vegetable oil and if that doesn't work I may see if I can drill and tap the valves. Sorry for spelling the work "valves" wrong in the title line.... I should really proof read my work !

I agree, this looks like an excellent idea and mahes a lot more sence (to me) than dumping food oil in the tank and hoping it reaches the point that binds up.
