Where are the (I believe) 2 LPG gas valves in my 2019 Beyond 22D RV?

You should have a valve on the tank under the van, operated by a solenoid.

On mine, the switch to turn on and off the solenoid is under the van where the propane fill is located.

Note: I leave it off unless I need gas. It consumes a non negligible amount of current when turned on.
