Default LP Furnace afraid of the dark:)

I have a weird problem with the furnace in My Ranger. When I use it at night it will cycle once then nothing. I reset the furnace with the thermostat and it will cycle once and quit. This is the weird part. When I get up in the morning the furnace will function perfectly. The next night the same thing happens. I asked this question on the ask Road Trek forum. apparently they don't know either because they don't answer. This is the same furnace used in Road Treks for some time. Can anyone give me a hint as to the problem solution?

I had the same initial problem of cycling once. I don't recall trying it in the morning. I fixed it by replacing the control board with a dinosaur board.

What's different in the van setup at night? Do you set up a bed for example? Do you inadvertently block the return air path or warm air discharge path?

If it is not that then you should probably have it checked by an RV Service dept. I looked at a service manual and found:

But the troubleshooting steps are technical - checking electrode, burner, gas pressure etc. the module is mentioned also.
