We bought a standard household faucet off the shelf at Lowe's and so far it's fine. Our van has pex water lines, and so we used Sharkbite connectors to go from the pex line to the faucet's lines which are also some kind of plastic but of a smaller diameter. So far, it's working fine. Will it ever leak? I dunno, but we're going to get some Honeywell moisture detector alarm thingies to put under the sink and down where the water would likely wind up if the lines started leaking so we'll hear about any leaks before they get too bad.

Here's the faucet we used. We did not use the soap dispenser, no room, but the faucet is nice. The pull-down head is held in place magnetically, which is perfect for us since we didn't have room for the weight that is normally (and could also be) used to hold the faucet head in place. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Delta-Savil...cet/1000373245

I took the faucet apart, cleaned up all of the calcium deposits and got everything smooth and then put it all back together. The leaking slowed substantially. The issue is the 2 large o-rings - replace those and the leak should be stopped.

This will be good because getting the existing faucet out will be a PITA due to its location.

As a public service announcement - the 2 large O Rings necessary to replace those on a stock Roadtrek faucet Model number LM80906-B are as follows as purchased from Ace Hardware:

#34 O Ring
1 1/2" OD X 1 1/4" ID
Stock Number 35748 B

I suggest that you use some steel wool and shine up the insides of the faucet and the area around where the orings reside to get rid of any calcium buildup and or rust in there.

You will notice a difference in the tightness of the faucet lateral movement right to left and any leaking from the top or bottom of the main body of the faucet should cease.
