Default Lifespan of the LA 360?

How long would you expect a properly maintained, but NOT rebuilt, LA360 to last? I am referring to the LA360 up until 1993, not the Magnum 360.

About 40 years, then replace some seals and gaskets and keep going.

The 360 in my 82 ram is a 1974 engine. It's as strong today as it was in 2005 when I bought it and will smoke the tires for blocks... too much info I guess.

The magnum 318/360 is darn close to the same design with different heads and intake. It too should run forever.

My 1973 Dodge van had a 360 that went about 140,000 before it needed major work. The timing chain had stretched enough so it wouldn't run. Had it fixed and drove it for 25 years. It was still running good before I gave it to a farmer in rural Virginia. I then bought a 1999 Ford van to tow a vintage 1971 Airstream 27 foot trailer. That Ford van with 5.4 L Triton V-8 required more maintenance than any vehicle I've ever owned.

I did the combustion gas block test at the radiator today on my 1989 and it seemed to pass. I pumped the bulb for over 10 minutes and it stayed blue. I guess this means my head gasket isn't pregnant.
