Default leaking van side glass etc. windows fix

hi, a while back i was asking about a fix for leaking side van windows , rear window etc. on my areostar van i even checked some website , i think to car pro's had wrote and said to remove the rubber seal and window check to see if their was any rust , fix rust if needed and put new window rubber seals arund all the leaking windows and put the glass back in , "BUT" seeing how i am not made of money i checked something i took a closer look at the window seals around the van winows and noticed i could run my finger nail into the seals around the windows , apparently what has happened is with age the rubber seals have dried out and sort of curled outward a little which was letting water come in so what i did was i went all the way around the window seals (after cleaning them ) with a liquid latex caulking making sure i got it down in those area's , i went around on ever side and rear window as they all needed it . the result after drying is we went on that trip to illionois and it rained and the inside of the van never leaked once, before we had to put plastic containers to catch the water !
so this is another way of fixing leaking van windows , it worked for us !!!
