Default Leaking Dually Valve Stem, Repair Challenges

My 2018 Winnebago ERA 170X has developed a leak around the base of the valve stem on the driver's side, rear, interior dually. I went to Discount Tire and they placed the tire in a tub of water and slightly pressed against the valve stem and bubble poured out around the seal. Loose? I suspect a nut which tightens the valve stem and compresses an o-ring/seal is not tight. Other possibilities?

I went to Mercedes Benz who works on this chassis and they indicated they cannot work on such wheels. Then to my Winnebago dealer and he similarly "didn't have the equipment" to work on my wheels. I find it hard to believe it's so difficult to get a leaky valve stem fixed. Thank heavens we're home and not 1,000 miles from home.

Where should I look to get this tire serviced?

Interior grommet had gotten a cut and the entire stem was loose. Southern Tire Mart in New Braunfels, TX, welcomed me. They disassembled dually, put new grommet on, and tightened everything back up. And, they installed six brand new valve caps which don’t need to be removed to check pressure or air up. When it was time to settle up, they said “No charge. Happy driving”. What service!
