Two questions here. First, on my 1995 Xplorer 230 on a Dodge 3500 frame. Is the top and rear section fiberglass gelcoated or painted. It is dull and does not shine with wax. Second I removed the worn out striping. The paint is marked by lines from the old striping. Can this be evened out? Thanks
