Interstate 24x Broken Driveshaft

Anybody have any issues with the drive shaft on an Airstream Interstate 24X??

At 7,000 miles, a carrier bearing was replaced and at 16,000 miles, 1 of the 3 sections of the driveshaft left the vehicle damaging fuel tank, Sprinter metal under body (I have not idea how the going to be repaired), inside floor, tire and maybe rim.

Also, anybody have know anything how the metal under body should be repaired??
