interesting 3 dimension travato parts catalog
Even if you don't own a Travato, Winnebago's 3 dimensional parts catalog provides interesting 3D views of their Travato (and all their other models as well) that you can spin, rotate and drill down into.
You have to download their viewer plugin for Internet Explorer first. But after that it was just a matter of picking a year and model. the only part I didn't see in any of the views or sub assemblies was the sliding door screen. Not sure why.

Re: interesting 3 dimension travato parts catalog
Winnebago is great when it comes to detailed plumbing and electrical drawings available to support owners.

I've played around with the 3D part catalog but think I had to enter a serial number. Fun rotating the parts etc.

Does it work right in the browser for you or is it a separate program like this?

Re: interesting 3 dimension travato parts catalog
It worked right in the browser if you are using internet explorer. You don't have to enter a serial number, just pick the hear then model from the list displayed.
I think the fields for color and serial number are if you want something specific that depends on a particular rv color or interior color like trim panels or upholstery, etc.
Nice 3D rendering of the Promaster body and interior furniture.

But it does NOT work on a Mac
Only works on " Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8" , not 10.

Okay MARKOPOLO, you win the genius prize. So, do tell, after 6 months HOW did you get the catalog to work. I'm on a Windows 8 laptop and using IE. Tried downloading both of the suggested additional plug ins and have never been able to get a workable catalog.

I tried yesterday, also, and all I got was the viewer listing the page I wanted, but nothing on the page. Windows 7, using IE, tried 32 and 64 bit.
What I did notice is that the page properties are showing the page as Palemoon HTML not IE. Palemoon is my default browser, but I downloaded the viewers and the pages in IE.
Very odd.

tgregg gets the prize ! I was a bit slow in figuring it out because I didn't read the help pdf.
I used the Internet Explorer Security Settings noted on the first page of this pdf http://www.winnebagoind.com/pdfs/WIPCatalogGuide.pdf
You can access the interactive parts catalog here: Parts Catalog
I'm fairly sure I downloaded the combined Cortona3D and Cortona2D Viewer (32-bit and 64-bit versions) installer from here: Downloads
It only works in Internet Explorer for me. I did not mind making setting changes because I don't use that browser for anything else. IE 11 on this Windows 7 computer.

Did all of the downloading in IE from the given sources in Marko's post after uninstalling all the previous stuff, cleared all the temp files and cookies, etc. Did all the IE settings changes, current ActiveX.
Same results, page opens but nothing on it but it's name.
I also still see all the links, when checked with properties, showing as Pale Moon HTML. I saved on of them as "all files" which was the only other option and then opened it. I then got the parts list but no graphics.
My guess is that it has to be something with the links being tied to non supported Pale Moon (basically Firefox) and not IE, but I have no idea what to do about it, and searches haven't shown anything on it.
Computer gurus---any ideas why it does that?

Have you tried running IE first and pasting a URL in the browser?
Here's a URL - 2016 Travato 59K - to copy and try:
BU259K 191762-01-000
Code:

Yes, and, no, it still doesn't work for me. I'll try it again when I have a chance on an older computer that is running at 32 bit instead of 64. Thanks for the info though, I did change some settings from your resources.

Same here, no change.
I did find a weird thing though. If I change IE to the default browser, then the links show just as HTML with Pale Moon reference. I wonder if I need to uninstall everything, clear all the temp and cookies, and redownload from IE, with IE set as default browser?

In IE, at the page where the catalog should be displaying, go to Tools/Compatibility View Settings. When the window opens, click add this web site and then close. That should allow the catalog to display, provided you've downloaded and installed the viewer.

WOO HOO! Thanks Eric. That did the trick for me. (Although, for me after I clicked "add this web site" and close, I had to notice that there was another prompt at the bottom of my screen asking if I wanted to allow it to run, which I did. And then the catalog showed up.) After 8 months of ownership I can finally look at the catalog.
