had enough too
We are planning a road trip to Yellowstone ASAP. To many things going on here right now so am not sure when we can start. Camper is ready except for a bath and filling the supplies. Roadtrek 1993 is anxious to get going too.

We go to our local state park every week, weather permitting.

This weekend, campgrounds are still closed in MN but we will boondock in a parking lot in Grand Marais, MN.

From what my Bemidji brother told me, dispersed camping in state forests opened up on the 18th.

Hey,
I wanted to share this place in Texas we went to years ago. There was once a local TV Show called THE EYES OF TEXAS. They talked about the river and place called CHALK BLUFF PARK. Here is a website link: https://www.chalkbluffriverresort.co...7/web/home.htm
Now we went back in the 1970s and the water was as clear as a glass of water and about 60'-deep with a Bluff going up about 200-feet on the NE side of the river. The Bluff is located about 7-miles outside of Uvalde, Texas. The link should be of more help and well worth the drive as we lived in San Antonio. So enjoy as I'm sure your whole family will enjoy it.

Check out the link and know it's been a while for us. But it was a wonderful TEXAS getaway. That was 44-years ago. Also another place just outside of Austin. If you're interested. Lots of good stops in West texas but a drive.
