I will say, I envy Europe, and Australia of their choices of motorhomes. Reasonably priced ones as well. If you want a campervan, you can get one very well equipped for half one costs on this side of the pond. To boot, they usually come with dual pane windows.

One recent one I looked at was on the Ducato chassis, and instead of the sliding door, that was replaced by a RV-style door, which added about a foot or so of room to the vehicle.

For years, I have made ramblings on why that stuff doesn't make it over here. Even now, we still don't have some of the Truma Combi models which work on electric and diesel. Something like a 4x4 RAM ProMaster would be extremely useful.
