That would be great! A Yellowstone Safari!
I'm looking forward to see how all this will evolve. How North Americans will react to a true European coach "without a couch". The Westys were Europeans but they had (sort of) a couch, like most of the DIY campers of the 70s.

One thing is sure it won't happen instantly. The morphing of RT into the NA EHG will take time. And Hymer investors seem to want a long term relationship. A stable one. That's good for Kitchener's jobs and the network of dealers in NA.

Yes, with a bit of sleuthing, I think I found its possible location about 14km from their current location on Shirley Avenue, just outside Kitchener.

A few months ago, I wondered where RT was located in Kitchener and, using Google maps, entered their address and there is was on Shirley Avenue. But Google also works in reverse. If you just locate Kitchener and zoom in and then type Roadtrek, it would find their location on Shirley Avenue. Did that yesterday and a second location - just outside Kitchener in an industrial park on Vondrau Drive - now pops up. Looks much bigger and plenty of room for expansion. No other indication this is the new Hymer plant, but seems like a reasonable guess.

Also occasionally type "Hymer" in Google News to see what pops up. Tried "Hymer" and "hiring" and see they are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Engineer to "handle launching new projects involving technology and research as well as following up on results in the field."

So things seem to be moving along. Good news IMO
